- UCPDC Latest Version
- Credit terms & conditions
- ISBP Latest version
It is possible to issue any standby LC Under UCP 600
Letter of Credit payment Terms:
- Available by payment
- Available by negotiation
- Available by Deferred payment
- Available by Acceptance
Risk of the confirming bank:
- Insolvency of issuing bank
- Refusal of the issuing bank to reimburse because of disputes.
Loss or damage of goods in Transit is not risk to confirming bank.
