Seller has an obligation to make the contract of carriage. Buyers has no obligation. Seller must bear cost even after delivery to carrier when risk transfers. Delivery of goods to the carriage selected by seller (in case of CIP & CIF dealing and paid the insurance). Under all ‘C’ Terms the consequences of any failure of the carrier to take goods into his charge have to be borne by the seller.
