Comply presentation in LC  means a presentation comply with:

1. UCPDC Latest Version
2. Credit terms & conditions
3. ISBP Latest version

It is possible to issue any standby LC Under UCP 600

Letter of Credit payment Terms:

1. Available by payment
2. Available by negotiation
3. Available by Deferred payment
4. Available by Acceptance

Risk of the confirming bank:

1. Insolvency of issuing bank
2. Refusal of the issuing bank to reimburse because of disputes.

Loss or damage of goods in Transit is not risk to confirming bank.
