In the event that an electronic record proving transport does not demonstrate a shipment date or dispatch, the date of issuance of the electronic record will be considered to be the date of shipment or dispatch. Any documentation of the electronic records proves the date of shipment or dispatch considered as date of shipment or dispatch.
