In the event that an issuing bank, the confirming bank (assuming any) or an assigned or nominated bank (following up on its selection) gives a notification of refusal of a presentation which incorporates electronic records and does not get directions from the gathering to which notification of refusal is given inside 30 date-book days from the date the notification of refusal is given for the air of the electronic records, the bank should give back any paper archives not already came back to the moderator but rather may discard the electronic records in any way considered suitable with no duty.
